I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a spectacular view of Mt Fuji, which was perfect any time of day. However, the room was a bit small. The cleanliness was top-notch, offering stunning views of both the lake and Fuji mountain. The service was exceptional, especially from our personal 'butler. ' The location was excellent for a tranquil stay away from the busy tourist spots. The dining options were delicious, combining a good selection of Western and Japanese breakfast foods. Although the facilities were great, the value for money could be better.
